I bought my daughter online an apple 5c phone for Christmas. The handset was faulty so has been sent back. We had erased & reset phone & thought wiped the ID from it, but apparently not! The seller is going to send replacement but not until we wipe the ID. The find my iPhone function was not enabled on it. The phone is on my account as my daughter is under age but has her own ID that we set for her. When I log in to my Apple ID it does not list the returned phone. I'm at a loss....!!
