    I'm going to *assume* you have an iPhone running the latest official iOS version for newer device (iOS 9.2.1). With that in mind, go Settings→ Messages, and then enable the toggle next to "MMS Messaging".

    I'm not having an issue. MMS is located in Settings > Messages.

    Mines is not there what can be off why it isn't I can't send mms messages don't see the switch to turn on either any one else have this problem?-imoreappimg_20160215_213312.jpg

    It may be a carrier issue. Check with your wireless carrier and make an inquiry. It may be an additional feature you have to pay for.
