Terms and condit. Pop up when I open a game. Will not go off Help??

When I try to open Bejeweled Blitz, terms and conditions open and I cannot get it off my screen to play the game. I push "agree" I push "cancel ". It will not get off my screen so I can play the game. What do I do ???
