restore 8.3 w/o loosing jailbreak

Is still possible to restore ios 8.3 w/o losing jailbreak? I know there are some app in Cydia but are still working for 8.3?

Yes, get Cydia Impactor from Cydia of course.

I think you are making a confusion, correct me if i'm wrong. Cydia Impactor REMOVES the jailbreak.

It will remove the jailbreak yes. And then restore the phone to stock. But you will still be on iOS 8.x
At that point you simply rejailbreak your device.
