My iWatch (V1) is non responsive. How do I fix?

I inadvertently started the sound-a-voice for every command on my iWatch and am now stuck between Mickey's watch face and the enter passcode screen. When I attempt to enter my passcode it does nothing except announce "LUDIN" after each number is entered. I can't get to the systems-screen either. ???????:crying:

Hold both the side button and the Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds at the same time until you see the Apple logo to restart the device. Then immediately disable the sound-a-voice.

Can you post a screenshot of your “iWatch” so that we can know exactly what it is you’re referring to as well as see the stuck screen you mentioned?
