MMS and Jailbreak

I have the 3G and i was wondering if I jailbreak will I now be able to send and recieve MMS messages? If so how?

Uh.... There's no reason you shouldn't be able to send/receive MMS right now WITHOUT jailbreaking. Every carrier in the world (to my knowledge) supports that...

The original iPhone doesn't support MMS. The 3G and 3GS both do by updating to the most recent OS. Who is your carrier?

I updated when it said that MMS was available but it never got onto my phone. I am currently downloading 3.1.2 right now. My carrier is ATT.

You should have a carrier update that gets installed that enables it. It wasn't right when 3.0 came out like most of the world LOL.

I got it!!! This update fixed it! Im soooooo happy now! Its like christmas.
