Mic and earpiece speaker software problem

This is very strange, I can't put my thoughts together to describe this.

For example -
1. If I'm sending via Whatsup voice message - ppl don't hear anything

2. When I call - ppl don't hear anything and I don't hear them, after I put my phone on speaker - I hear them - they hear me. Then when I switch off speaker - again I hear them and they hear me normally.

3. Same if I receive call - i have to do this manipulations to talk normally (not on speaker).

It can be hardware problem because then it won't just work I guess. This started when I upgraded to last version of iOS.

And overall lots of bugs and hangings, sometimes screen doesn't react on touch, and now this thing.

And before installing the new upgrade of iOS I did hard reset and started the phone as new one, I didn't restore it from back up. This piece of **** is driving me crazy.

Any suggestions?

It can NOT be hardware problem because then it won't just work I guess. This started when I upgraded to last version of iOS.

Take your iPhone to the Apple Store and have them figure it out for you.

Since you tried all basic stuff already, there is not much else you can do.
