iTunes update error - unknown error 4000

Can’t remember when OTA came in, but since then ! it has always been fine for me.

View attachment 131786 New Error with 15.4.1. I think I will stop using iTunes all together now. This is irritating and frustrating. Tried all common steps/ Reboot PC and Phone , Check Updates. Reinstall iTunes, Different Cable, Different PC.
