Iphone 6 recovery mode (error -1 iTunes while updating from iOS 8.1 to 9.3)

Hi guys
I was trying to update my iPhone 6 to 9.3 that during updating i got iTunes error -1 and my phone didn't update and also its on recovery mode now , unfortunately i didn't get back up before updating and my data information including photos massages are important for me ! plz help me
if anybody know something about tiny umbrella software that help too exit from recovery mode help me too plz!

no, its happened to me during update from 8.1 to 9.3 ! what do you think?[BOX]
