imessaging on or off?

I need a way to tell if my daughter is turning her imessaging on throughout the day...other than looking at her phone physically to see if my text to her are blue or green. it is supposed to be off at all times, for various reasons

There is no way to tell. You could always restrict her use by adding this restriction in settings.
