How restore a iphoneX that freezes

My iPhoneX IOS 11.2.1 can’t be restored neither from cloud nor from PC.

At the end of the restore process I’m getting the screen “UPDATE COMPLETED” which loops with the screen “HELLO” and the iPhoneX can’t be accessed.

Put the iPhone in recovery mode and then restore it via iTunes on your computer.
