How am I receiving messages that I can't open?

I recive sort of messages(i don't know what type of message,it only appears the text on a gray window) I can't open or reply to...the only thing i can do is close them...i don't know who is sending me those "messages"...what's that,a program?

Dude, c'mon. We need more details than what you've provided. For instance, what type of messages are you receiving in this regard? iMessages, SMS messages, Email messages? On what device are you receiving the messages? iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, Android, Windows, Blackberry? Help us help you.

Do you mean messages to your messages app? iMessage or SMS? Or some other messaging service? Or email? What does the message say? Who does it say it's from? Can you show a screenshot of one of them if you get another one?
