HELP with Absinthe

I downloaded it on Windows, and try to open it but it comes up with a black box and loads of codes running then it closes and nothing happens any ideas?

You're half way there. Now there should be a new Absinthe directory created. Click on that and in there will be the new Absinthe.exe file and it will open the user freindly utility.
