Well I typed it into the search on the far right, and nothing is happening

This exact thing happened when i tried to jailbreak my 3G awhile ago, but It got locked up. Theres is nothing wrong with my phone this time, just the fact that Cydia won't launch.
It also allowed me to reboot without using redSn0w.
The Cydia icon is all white and won't launch.
No I don't know how to do that. -
