Hmm. I would think that opening the Calendar app, tap "Calendars" at the bottom, tap the circle-i icon to the right of the calendar, making sure that "public calendar" is turned on, and then share the link with your husband will let him subscribe to the calendar in Android and/or Google Calendar on the web.

Alternatively, you would need to use Google Calendar (or some other calendaring platform with sharing features) on your device.
He’s a hater but he does have one for work now!

Maybe the easiest solution is to share the calendar with his work issued iPhone.

In order for him to subscribe in Google Calendar, yes. But honestly I'm not sure how discoverable the link is - this is only part of the link that's created when I share one of my calendars:Do I have to keep it public!
