Fried up a package of bacon today for brunch.

Before getting rid of all the grease, I found 3 thin pork chops in the fridge, perfect for frying.
A quick coating of bread crumbs, into the bacon grease, add salt.


So good.

even add some brown sugar to that bacon weave to make a candied bacon. also like syrup with my breakfast bacon. ps probably best thread ive ever found.
