Is there an application similar to iTube?

Hi,

I have an iphone 5S, and I would like to get an application similar to Itube (which doesn't exist anymore, and it's successor Playtube doesn't let me catch videos), which let me downloads youtube videos and watch them offline.

My iphone is not jailbreak and if possible I would like to not do it. I'm ready to pay for this app (depending the price).

I've honestly been looking for this kind of app for the whole day and I don't find :s the ones I tries have always something wrong.

If someone could help me it would be me than appreciated!

Precision: I live in Canada (it should change smtg since I don't think I can download apps from the US store)

I don't think downloading videos from YouTube is allowed anymore for copyright reasons. You can get links to them. But not download.

I think Apple shut down all apps that allow for YouTube downloads. Kind of like how all emulators are blocked, if I remember correctly. Apple doesn't support apps that allow for illegal or even "Gray-Areas" of the law.

I had been out on a boat with my cousin who had his stereo going. I took a video of the ride and posted it to YouTube. I got a copyright notice. It was minor, but I couldn't download the video back to my camera roll unless I removed the music. LOL. I don't like YouTube.

There is no app like this. You can try to use some web services, that converts youtube videos to mp4 and let you DL it

Downloads is a great video downloader, but it will not download YouTube. Apple no longer allows that. Not long ago I tried a new downloader and it worked for me to put my YouTube videos back on my camera roll. But then I stupidly deleted the app. When I went back to my purchased list, it was gone. Apple had pulled it.

I found one finally it's not a YouTube app it's a version of iTunes but it's just like itube IT dosent actually have a name but the three letter on the app picture are GCB and it's the first app that shows up

I got that a while back. But I think it was pulled along with most other downloader apps. I think it had to do with Music and these apps downloading music. Or something. The one currently in the App Store is new. All those apps were removed and new ones have appeared. I doubt the new one will have the same abilities.

Ah right. I just check in apps store and it's no more there. It seems that it can be installed off internet safari though I've never tried installing it via safari.
That's the only one app I know and rely on when it comes to video download.

That's why I don't delete it. It won't be supported with updates now. But I'll be cool with it as long as it stays as is. Check your PM.

What confused me was that about 2 weeks ago, I downloaded the application right off the apps store, but sure enough it's an application I had purchased long time ago so it's always present in my purchase list in the apps store ready to redownload again. So I couldn't think that it was actually pull out of the App Store for purchasing it.
Here is a screenshot of it in my purchase list within the apps store. You should also have it present in your purchase list if you have previously purchase it before it was pull off the store.
