iPhone 6s Plus lag

Hi guys,

I'm facing an issue where my 6s plus starts to lag at times, mainly at the lockscreen when I try entering my passcode. It also happens at times when I try opening the camera and a few random apps. Could this be due to iOS 9.2 that I have running on my phone? Or is my phone faulty and hogging the memory a bit too much?
I used the lirum info app and got the following results:
Active: 1109mb
Free: 515mb

I got the above results after a fresh reboot with all apps closed. Please someone help

P.s I have the tsmc chip btw (not sure if it has to do anything with this).

My fist 6s Plus (Samsung Chip) didn't show any lag at all. My replacement 6s Plus (Samsung Chip) does show a little lag here and there. Also struggles with false rotation. Perhaps I will re-flash the OS to see if that improves things.

I hope it's just got something to do with iOS 9 and not the hardware. Have you tried iOS 9.1 beta? Users have said that there doesn't seem to be any issue with lag on the beta version of iOS 9.1.

I'm thinking of giving it a try but I don't want any major issue presenting itself later on.
