Why is iPhone 6s Plus camera shake error?

I just bought an Iphone 6s Plus, I used nothing special for the first time, up to now it has been 2 weeks and now my phone has a rear camera error. Specifically, each time you click on the photo, it vibrates very strongly, you cannot click, but click on the video to be normal. Maybe you dropped it one too many times and stuff in the rear camera thingie got broken.
