Anyone coming to the 13 Pro Max as their first Max/Plus size device? Any regrets leaving the 13 Pro or older versions of the Pro? If so, what are they?

I am on day 13 of my second attempt at a 13 Pro Max. Definitely got cold feet the first time. This time, leaning towards keeping it. Getting used to size and the larger footprint. I pickup the 13 Pro and seems small now. The Max feels more natural most times, still there’s those times picking it up and saying, this is large!

They both have so many positives. It is a difficult decision.

I continue to use the Max even though I prefer the regular Pro size for day-to-day. But whenever I use my 13 Pro as a daily driver I end up going Max a couple of days later. I hate everything about its anchor-like size but something about the screen real estate is intangible to me.

My own use has been largest screen available for 4-5 phones now but my user base keeps having people choosing larger screens and liking them.

This seems to be a what your life style and work is matter. Some of my users have gone to minis. A few to Pro upon 13 camera specs. The Max screens can be very important for some jobs and reading habits. That seems to drive what I see in a sizable user base.

For company-owned phones we have been getting a mix of SE and Max with pretty much nothing in between.

Had a 7 plus and got rid of it. 12/13 Pro Max were too big for me. Even the 12 pro started feeling pretty big after having an XS. My 13 Mini feels just right, like an iPhone 5.

Anyone else?

I was a small form factor guy till the 11 Pro Max and now using my 13 Pro Max I can never go back. I’m now a walletless one device consumer.

Not carrying a wallet helps me justify carrying a glass brick but once my 13 Pro Max is in use all the size complaints go out the window. It’s fast, large and Powerful enough to do all of my daily computing chores from entertainment to Commerce, gaming and it handles my videoing as well as IMovie editing for my YouTube channel without an issue.

I ended up going with the 13 Pro. Just much more comfortable for me. The battery and screen were great on the Max but comfort and ease of use won out. Took me a while to figure it out but I’m happy with my choice.

As I have stated before I always had the larger screen devices. The pro is my first smaller phone and I am happy with it. I have 3 coworkers who are interested in the smaller footprint after seeing mine. I had no issues with the larger except for when it came to my smaller bags. I am liking the pro. If it didn’t have the same features as the max, I would had gone with the max. I am glad the pro had the same features. I know the battery isn’t as good but mine lasts all day with plenty of juice left. I find the screen perfect. It’s a winner!

13 Pro Max is my first large phone, came from an iPhone X. I can say the Max is definitely more of a challenge to hold single handed, I was also thinking if I wanted to return for regular pro but ended up keeping the Max. The extra real estate to type is great for my big fingers, browsing and video viewing is just plain awesome. The Max in size if exaggerated imo but in a good way, I stuck with it and no regrets
