I believe the OP of this thread to be sincere & genuine in creating this topic, however, this reminds me of a somewhat provocative thread from back in the day...

.... and at that time I couldn't ever see myself speaking $1000.00 or more on a new phone... but come this September 12th, depending on what's announced, I may strongly consider something in that ballpark.
