Why my iPhone 6 show light visible stripe and darker text, disappear with shake?

I am using a iPhone 6. Recently I am noticing sometimes not always some visible very light stripes on my screen when i switch to multitasking mode by pressing home button twice, Texts seem darker. But if I shake it couple of times all disappear and screen turns into normal. It works fine for most of the times but experiencing this. Is there any solution?
