Why has my sound cloud vanished and how can I get it back?

I downloaded a tune off a free sound cloud. This then created a file for me. My phone was faulty so I backed up and now have a new phone. My sound cloud file has vanished. I phoned orange who told me I have something running on my phone that is stopping me from getting my sound cloud back. They said they cannot tell me what it is. Any ideas plc. It's driving me nuts . X

What kind of "phone" did you have and what kind of "phone" do you have now?

They are a mobile (cell) service provider in the UK, although they are now called EE
