why has my iphone 6 been disabled?

I accessed my icloud account using a desktop device and created a new ID but still maintaining my icloud email. However, on my device (iPhone) I cannot gain access to my mail and my media stored on the clouds. I have searched on google for a solution end even tried logging into my account using my desktop, but all efforts made ended up in vein. Please who has a solution to this problem?
