My Iphone 5s doesn't have a crop button in my photo app

My Iphone 5s doesn't have a crop button in my photo app edit to rotate photos. I have searched the internet and it appears there is a crop button after you select "edit" in the IPhone photo app. I don't have a crop button to edit and rotate photos that have gone sideways. I have IOS 9.02 update installed. Anybody body got a clue?

6 9.0.2 same on 5S I go to my camera roll and open an album where I have all my thumbnails and select a pic, Then hit edit


and you will see the crop button on the far left.
