Why can't I update to iOS 10.1 beta from 10.0.3?

I downloaded the profile and installed it in my iPhone 7 plus and after restarting I went to general software update and it says "software up to date iOS 10.0.3, what am I doing wrong

Ps. I downloaded the profile from apple software beta

Just install the ipsw file of beta 4 and it'll have you install beta 5 afterwards. It's a glitch. My 7+ did that to me

I am having a similar issue. I had an iPhone 7 Plus with the beta for iOS 10.1 on it. My phone was having a No Connectivity issue, and the Apple Store replaced my phone. I set up the new iPhone as a new phone and downloaded the beta profile to it. It will not recognize the beta profile and won't install 10.1 on it. I need this to happen so I can get my previous backup on the new phone. I can't figure out what the issue is.

I see MooMooPrincess's comment below, but I don't know how to install the beta for ipsw file that she is referring to. Any help would be appreciated.
