Why am I consistently getting errors on Cydia?

Hello. Recently I was successfully able to jailbreak my iPhone 5s. Unfortunately, a popular add-on "XModGames" (which I'm trying to use to enhance my performance on gaming apps) will not download, nor will updates to help solve the error. I keep getting errors when running the Debian Packager. Please help, thanks.
