Where is the mute button on my phone

I already know about the toggle button on the side an volume is all the way up. Ringtone is chosen. My phone only vibrates an won't ring for Some reason.

I'm assuming your "phone" is an iPhone. Having said that, the mute switch is on the left side near the top of the device. If your device is not alerting you, make sure the Do Not Disturb feature isn't enabled. Also, make sure that "Allow Notifications" is enabled for the phone option in the Settings.
