What do you think of the new iPhone that was unveiled today?

The iPhone 5 is a step up and much more refined. Who said it has to be a leap up from everyone out there. The design is great and the have the eco system behind it. As long, as the continue tweaking it every year, why rock the boat.

I agree completely with your statement, but I just don't think people should be running around calling anything on or in the iP5 innovative.

We live in a free society.
Why must you impose your perceptions on others?
Heck the battery life is impressive enough to be called innovative by some. Look at other phones like the S3. It can only last 4 hours with LTE usage.
We get to use 10 hours. Not innovative enough?
You should be grateful for the awesome refinements Apple is able to produce and not just give the same stuff every year. Look at 3GS and now. Refinements is what Apple specialises in.
If you want innovative and impressive designs. Then you should be looking towards Android. They throw out every new design and idea they can think of to compete with the iPhone 5.
But in the end. Which phone gets the highest market share? the iPhone 5.
Not everyone wants a new design every year. We want that Design that is perfect. Just nice for us. Not for us to show off to people but lack substance.

Sorry, I didn't mean to strike a nerve. However, I do not think the ip5 design is perfect, nor do I think it's light years ahead of the top Android phones. Like you said, this is a free society and I can say whatever I want. Please don't take my perceptions to heart because they are mine. And again, I state, nothing on this phone is innovative. Definitely not getting longer battery life. A larger battery can take care of that.

I agree to disagree with all of your points. I'm just glad we're finally catching up to a lot of the things that have already been out is what I'm saying. Like you mention, it's a free society and I can impose my my perceptions, as can you.
