Weird text alerts/bluetooth happenings

I have a new 5s running the latest iOS 7.0.1 and have noticed a couple of peculiar things that may or may not be associated with the phone. What is happening is not happening with my iPhone 5 that is running the iOS 7.0 upgrade.

1) when I'm in my car and the phone is paired with my handsfree Bluetooth, any time I hit the home button to wake up the phone, it signals my hands free device, and shuts down what I'm listening to. :crying: When I do it, I can see the handsfree display change like it's responding. Very strange. Also anytime I have the phone in the silent mode, and I get a text alert, the phone vibrates (that's how I have it set up to do), it also interrupts the hands free. :cant-watch:

2) when I get text alerts, I'm getting them twice, about two minutes apart. Happens with both iMessages and standard text alerts. :huh:

Anyone else notice this. Again, it's not happening with my iPhone 5, only my iPhone 5s.

Not sure where that setting is at? Under settings?

2. There's a setting for Messages where it can alert you 1 to 10 times. Change this as you desire.

Settings>> Notification Center>> Messages>> Repeat Alerts
