Tweetbot No Push Notifications

I have always had an issue with Tweetbot where it never gives a push notification. I have to manually refresh the screen to get an update. All the settings are set for the push notification and also the test works fine. Any help here would be appreciated.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing it?
