Restore un-backed-up files from itunes on th iPhone 5?

i backed-up my ip4s files using itunes and accidentally recovered it on the ip5 hence overwriting my previous saved photos on the iPhone5, my ip5 DOES NOT have a itunes back file, is there anyway to recover my previous iPhone5 files without a itunes backup?

Sadly if you did not backup the iPhone 5 and somehow restored or restored using another backup you lose whatever files were on there originally. Sorry.

If you have an iCloud backup of the ip5 you can restore from that. But if not unfortunately you are of luck.

Like suggested above, was your iPhone 5 set to back up to the iCloud? If so, you're in luck (hopefully, depending on the last time your iPhone 5 backed up). If not, no bueno.
