My iPhone 6 won't pair with my UP24 or Fitbit.

My iPhone 6 won't pair with my UP24 or Fitbit. Verizon rep says other bluetooth equipment will "search" for my phone, but my phone won't "search" for the bands. I see this as an Apple or Verizon issue, but they say it works. How can I force my phone to "search"?

First turn off Bluetooth, then reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset then reset network settings. Make sure to know your wifi passwords though as that will wipe those out.

When it comes back up turn on Bluetooth and search again.
