Is this normal?

Hi guys, my MBA 13" is just one month old and I see a minor issue. The soft rubber lining is coming out a bit. Should I get it checked from Apple? Or shall I just ignore?

Since this issue comes under hardware, I doubt my 1 year warranty would cover this. Pls suggest what should I do here?

I can't really see too well what you are talking about. Id take it to the genius bar and see what they say.
