iphone 4 issue.. i can hear others, but they cant hear me unless im on speakerphone.

i have not dropped it or anything and It started today. it has been working perfectly fine up to this point. any suggestions on what to do?

Try a hard reset .. Hold home button and power button down till it reboots and you see apple logo. If problem remains I would guess the mic went out
