iPhone 11 warm when charging

Noticed my iPhone 11 gets warm when charging. Not hot really but it must not be good. It’s at 83% battery capacity and I swear it drains battery way faster than it should. Is there anything I can do to see why it’s draining so fast? Time to get a new phone?

It is normal that it is warm to the touch when charging. It’s pushing electrons through the battery’s insulation, which generates heat.

Now, it wouldn’t be normal if it is hot.

As for a charge lasting less time, have you checked which app uses most battery?
