In order to use WiFi you have to have WiFi. There is no question that's the reason you can't sync via WiFi.
You are correct. Installed the WiFi card and it started syncing as soon as it was plugged in.

Those who have great battery life with this beta build - did you restore from backup or do a clean install? Just wondering, because mine is less than ideal thus far.
Also, springboard hasn't crashed in the last 24-36 hours, so perhaps it was something that happens initially when you install the beta.
Oh, and the last feature that has yet be activated is "Newsstand." I'm not really anticipating it much, but it's the last thing that isn't activated.

I just spoke with my coworker and he told me he had the same issue with the battery since the update. he used his phone for about 20mins and then his phone shut off after 4-5 hours of being in his pocket and his phone was burning up. This is the same issue i am having.
We have also noticed that imessage isnt working between our phones. not sure if it is all imessage or what.. kinda annoying .
This happened to me. I just clicked the marimba tone then my custom one again and now it works again.I just discovered an issue with custom text tones. If I change the default (tritone) to one that I have added to the phone (the old BlackBerry cricket chirp), it's plays the marimba phone ringtone. If I use a stock tone for text, it plays the correct tone.
Can anyone else confirm this? It worked perfectly in beta 3.

iPhone usage time kept rising even though I wasnt using it nor any apps open. Battery was draining while in standby. Not this first time this has happened on any beta 5.0
