Increase Speaker Volume

Anyone know of a way to increase the external speaker volume on an iPhone 5 (short of pins through the plastic membrane on the speaker)? One might think there would be an amplifier app from iTunes but I haven't been able to find one.

There is a volume control while using the external speaker you can then use the side volume buttons to increase this speaker.
