Incorrect screen when connecting IPAD to laptop

Hi all,

I connected my IPAD to my laptop last night and got a screen as shown in the attached file. I always only connect my IPAD to this laptop. I restarted the laptop and the switched the IPAD off and restarted it but still the same screen. Plse plse plse can anyone assist.

Looks like iTunes has become very, very confussed about things.

Try uninstalling all Apple software from the PC then reinstalling. Don't worry, you won't loose any music or movies etc..... although it is always a good idea to have a back up!
