Download and install 9.0.2 it should be in your update folder and it fixes a lot of issues

The mentioned app 9.0.2 is the official public app being signed now and the one you mentioned 9.1 is a seeded GM beta still by Apple on the dev portal. 9.0.2 lists many bug cures that are expected to take care of many issues.
