How to trust computer on ipad while upgrading?

I tried to upgrade my ipad to IOS 9 but because of the "Slide to Upgrade" bug, my ipad is stuck and needs to be connected to itunes. My issue is I never synced my ipad to itunes and i didn't even add it.

I know it's a stupid move not to add your device and I regret it. Now I can't add my device to itunes because my ipad can't access to allow my computer.

Can anyone help me how can I add my ipad to itunes with this issue? PLEASE

The only solution I have would be more of a nuke... If nothing else works, you could put it into dfu mode and restore--but again, last ditch effort only.
