How fix Grey color bars on display iPad Air 2

Used my IPad Air 2 this AM was working normal. This PM turned on and observe three vertical Grey bars on display. Performed shut down 3 different times (waited approximately 5 minutes in between). the iPad battery is fully charged and has IOS 12.1.3 software.
How can thisbefixed? Maybe perform factory reset?

It’s possible unless the problem is hardware-related. Since I don’t know your level of experience with technology, I recommend you make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store for have them diagnose the problem for you.
