I would like to download some of my addresses from Outlook on my computer to my I phone 5

Welcome to iMore! To set up an email address and merge your contacts, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts > Calendars and then tap "Add Account" under "ACCOUNTS". From there you'll select your mail service (i.e. Google, Yahoo!, Outlook.com) and it will walk you through the process.
