Weird issue with IPhone on T-Mobile

So i have an issue that i need help for. I’m not sure if this is a t-mobile issue or an iPhone problem.

My mom has an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Our church has a morning prayer line. When she calls in and joins the line, her phone is somehow sharing another prayer from a Mormon organization. Funny thing is we don’t have any Mormon churches around her. When i say it shares the other line, it audibly plays the welcome message onto our prayer line and everyone can hear it. We’ve called Free Conference Call and they have confirmed it’s her phone that is doing it.

We’ve tried restarting the phone and it’s still doing it. The only other option is can think of is resetting the device but i wanted to see if anyone would have any thoughts on this before doing that.

If you’re calling using the Phone app, that would be a carrier behaviour.

Is this an app that’s being used to call in, or just a regular phone number? Does this happen on any other phone call? If she calls in from another device, does it still happen?

She’s calling from her iPhone, so it’s the phone app. Guess we need to contact T-Mobile and see what they say.

I’m thinking of switching phones with her and having her call in. No one else has this happen.
