How can I tell if photos and videos r backup on my iCloud so as I don't loose any photos or videos

Am changing phone and want to make sure I don't loose any photos on old phone want them transferred to new phone

If you have them listed as backing up to iCloud you wouldn't have any problems.
Double back up to be extra sure. Do a manual back up through iTunes along with the iCloud backup.
