Host iTunes computer has died

I have an iPad 2 and I really enjoy it. I would like to upgrade the IOS from the original one that was loaded on it but the computer I used to host iTunes died. Any ideas on what I can do to upgrade given this issue?

Well if it still has the OS it shipped with, the iPad 2 would have iOS 4 which doesn't have OTA updates.

You need to find a computer to do the upgrade with.

It does not need to be the original iTunes account that I synced the iPad with?
