hi my relatives iphone 5c lifeproof case is broken. can you please help me?

the case is fine but the screen thing is half way off. I have tried to fix it but it hasn't worked.

If the case is still under warranty, I would contact LIFEPROOF support (see below). If the case is not currently under warranty, you probably should just purchase a new case.

I'd contact lifeproof or if it's within the exchange period maybe talk to the store they bought it from
