HELP Jailbreaking iPhone 4 with redsn0w

I have spent HOURS trying to get this thing jailbroken.

I am using redsn0w.
I am using 6.0 firmware.
I can get in DFU mode.

I get all the way to "waiting for reboot" then it stops.

I have tried unplugging phone and plugging it back in, several times. Did not work.

I have tried opening another session of redsn0w and running. Did not work.

ARGH! HELP!

When I google for envasi0n it says there is not a version for 6.1.3 yet
What am I missing

You cannot jailbreak 6.1.3. Your original post says 6.0, which is jailbreakable. You're unfortunately stuck until the next major release comes out.

There's a "trick" that works with some phones on redsn0w, given that they're an iPhone4 and you use the correct version of the 6.0 IPSW.
