Facebook mobile icon not showing up for Iphone 4s

I have downloaded the Facebook mobile app and messenger and I still do not show up on Facebook chat for others with a mobile icon? Any suggestions or recommendations as to why?

The App works fine as I can post messages and everthing else that is on there. Also, I can use the messenger to chat nad it workds fine however no one can see the moblie icon on their chats or mobile phone?

I suggest you reboot your iphone it did happen to me a few times after installing apps but with reboot it does indeed fix the issue.

Thanks for the feedback. I have reinstalled it several time and tried rebooting with no success.
