Text tone location change in 17?

Previously, I was able to put custom tones which I could use for ringtones or text tones into the Ringtones folder.

With iOS17, it seems that text tones no longer pull from this folder?

Is that true?

The custom tones show up as ringtones but do not show up as available for text tones.

Anyone else notice this?

iOS17, latest shipping version.
iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I’ll answer my own message. It appears it was an issue with 17.0. I installed 17.1 and lo and behold, the opportunity to set the text tone is back. So I don’t know if this was a buglet, or what. But it is now working as it did before.
